Steel lined tetrafluoroethylene PTFE pipes and accessories enjoy the reputation of "plastic king", with excellent temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, is the ideal nitric acid, sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, phosgene, chlorine, aqua regosa, mixed acid, bromide and other organic solvents such as strong corrosive medium transportation equipment. The steel lined tetrafluoroethylene pipeline and accessories can run statically in the limit negative pressure condition at high temperature (within 150℃) for a long time, which can solve the disadvantage that the steel lined tetrafluoroethylene pipeline and accessories can not withstand negative pressure, and has been widely used in many high temperature and high negative pressure systems such as distillation.

Steel lined tetrafluorotube chemical properties:

Atmospheric aging resistance: radiation resistance and low permeability: long-term exposure to the atmosphere, the surface and performance remain unchanged.

Incombustible: oxygen limit index is below 90.

Acid and alkali resistance: insoluble in strong acid, strong base and organic solvent.

Oxidation resistance: resistant to corrosion by strong oxidants.

Corrosion resistance: Steel polytetrafluoroethylene composite pipe, in addition to molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, chlorine trifluoride, high temperature oxygen trifluoride, high flow rate of liquid fluorine, it can resist almost all chemical media, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua royal corrosion, it can work at 230℃-250℃ temperature for a long time. Steel polyvinylidene fluoride or other vinylidene fluoride composite pipes have good corrosion resistance to halogens, halogenated hydrocarbons, strong oxidants, boiling acids, alkalis, and a variety of organic solvents, but are not resistant to fuming sulfuric acid, concentrated hot sulfuric acid and nitric acid, ketones, esters, amines and high temperature sulfonators above 90℃.
