Before anti-corrosion treatment of the base material of 3PE anti-corrosion steel pipes, the steel pipes entering the pipe inlet platform need to be inspected and recorded, and the outer surface of the steel pipes needs to be shot blasted to remove rust. Then it should check the cleanliness and texture depth of the outer surface of the steel pipe to see if it meets the requirements. If it does not meet the requirements, grind it with a hand grinding wheel and repair it. Tape paper is wrapped around the end of the pipe, treated with fine dust, heated to the required temperature by medium frequency, and sprayed with epoxy powder, the adhesive extruder is wound, the side of the PE extruder is burned, the anti-corrosion pipes are water-cooled, qualified products are spray-marked, and the tubes are placed on the platform and stacked for shipment.

Second layer: Adhesive (AD) 170~250um.

Third layer: polyethylene (PE) 2.5~3.7mm.

The three materials are integrated and firmly combined with the steel pipe to form an excellent anti-corrosion layer. The pipe diameter range is ¢60~¢2820, and the wall thickness range is between 2.5-18mm. This is a relatively good anti-corrosion method. It can generally increase the service life of 50 years.
